Standard Coaster Specs

• SIZING: See GoCOASTER Templates for more details 
• 4” round - has a live design area of 3.75” circumference, w/ a 1/8” full bleed
• 4” square - has a live design area of 3.75” x 3.75” w/ a 1/8” full bleed. The round corners have a 0.375” radius.
• Coasters are printed 2 sided.
• ART REQUIREMENTS:
• PMS convert to CMYK (unless otherwise specified in contract) Adobe CS Programs:
• Illustrator - Files must include all fonts or convert text to outlines.
• Art should be CMYK. File resolution should be 300dpi. Include all original images.
• PDF - follow all originating program specs above before creating PDF.
• It is recommended that a high-res PDF file is sent along with original files.
• FONT REQUIREMENTS:
• Attach fonts or convert text to outlines.
• IMAGE REQUIREMENTS:
• Photo and graphics files must be 300dpi; Lineart should 1200dpi             
• Turnaround time is 4 weeks from proof approval, depending on quantity. This turnaround includes all production and shipping time.                  
• Exact Pantone (PMS) color matches are not guaranteed. PMS colors are established for printing on paper only. PMS numbers are only used as a reference. Due to the nature of ceramic and screen printing inks a 100% color match cannot be guaranteed.
• Please note that coasters are printed on porous pulpboard stock that is greyish in color. This means color and sharpness will not look the same as artwork printed on regular paper stock.
• Coasters are made of 40% Post Consumer Recycled Material, and
• 100% Recyclable and Biodegradable.
